About Michelle
While I encourage everyone to be mindful and take charge of their own health, I also strive to nurture and support all around me. Connecting the mind, body and spirit came to be a rewarding and calming experience for both my clients and myself. Each session is a new beginning incorporating different modalities to suit each client's needs. I use a consistent flow from head to toe that includes trigger point, deep tissue, sports, and range of motion techniques. Stretching is always included as a vital part of each therapeutic session. I look forward to sharing this healing inspiration together with all of you.
